Under the strategic direction of the four Directors, our business is soundly managed by our Executive Management Team.

Dan Downs
Chief Executive Officer

With 20 plus years of ICT experience spanning three countries and numerous aspects of the ICT industry, Dan has worked with large global players (Hewlett Packard and Xerox Corporation) as well as start ups and mid sized ICT companies. He has skills in "Transition Management", strategic planning and operational management and enjoys working with growth companies and assisting with the dynamics of rapid change.

David Jenkins
Chief Financial Officer

David completed his Bachelor of Business at University of Technology, Sydney in 1990 and is currently a member of the Australian Society of CPA's. With 15 years of senior accounting and taxation experience David has a unique skill set that provides The System Works with the ability to constantly review and improve best business practices.

Liz Kilinko
Chief Operations Officer

As Chief Operations Officer of The System Works, Liz is responsible for the operational and support delivery of products and services to our clients. As Liz has considerable experience in the Credit Union industry, having previously held the position of Assistant General Manager at a large Queensland based credit union, Liz also manages the contractual requirements for the System Works group.

Terry Hudson
Chief Technology Officer

Terry has over 22 years experience in the Credit Union industry focusing on Financial System Design and Development. Terry previously spent 15 years with GCS (Now Ultradata) and CorvisFCS in various roles and was instrumental in some major Credit Union IT projects. Terry joined The System Works in 1996 and has been one of the main members of the team taking NetTeller to where it is today.
