• Rubik Financial and The System Works Acquisition not Proceeding

  27 June 2008, The System Works has today advised that the acquisition of The System Works by Rubik would not proceed. Both parties were complimentary about the due diligence process, but were unable to reach agreement on key conditions precedent in the term sheet in order to finalise the agreement.
